The last two nights have been chilly, and our garden froze, so it was time to get the squash put away for the winter. Yes, I should have brought them in BEFORE the freeze, but, oh well, such goes life. We have three overflowing tubs of pumpkins, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, and acorn squash.
Notice how Ellie is wearing a summer dress? She refused to wear it all summer, and now that it is chilly outside, she insists on wearing it. Just try to understand the logic of a three year old. It was certainly not worth the fight to get her to wear something else.
