Peas, Please!

We have harvested our peas, and they are now out of the ground. Yeah! We were hoping we could get all the peas in before Maren came and we did it! These pictures were taken last Monday night, and as you can see we had a long way to go before they were all podded (we finished up at about 12:30 that night). We picked another big batch on Saturday and podded all day long. It sure takes a lot of work to get peas, but well worth the effort. We now have about 13 quart bags full in our freezer.
