Easter

I hope everyone had a delightful Easter weekend.  We sure did!

I made dresses for the little girls:
I figure I gotta do it while they are little.  Once they are big, they aren't as much fun to sew for.  My goal was to use up some scrap material - I'd say the goal was met!  :)  I wasn't so sure as I was putting them together, but I kinda like how they turned out!

Saturday was Grandma's much anticipated Easter Party.  We taste tested Jelly Bellys and made a craft, played games, dyed eggs, and ate good food.  It was an egg-cellent way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

The Hunt line up:
Few in numbers this year!  I adore those "big" nieces on the end there.  Pretty fab girls!

Thanks, Mom for a fun party!  It's always a good time on the farm!

Sunday morning the kids were happy to get up and go on the look for their baskets:
 Happy chaos.

They each got a Lego set, and that gave us at least a half hour of quiet peace:

I sure wish these were around when I was a kid.  So fun!

After church we dyed eggs and enjoyed new treasures:

That evening we had Easter dinner with Nick's family.  Didn't even pull out my camera, but the kids had a blast with their cousins.

I am so grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ.  I am loving this journey to come to know Him better.  I know that I can progress and change because of Him.

Want some spiritual enlightenment?  I definitely recommend this.
